Shandong Tool Production Co., Ltd., formerly known as Qingdao Tools Factory and Shandong Tools Factory, is a contemporary enterprise. In 1960s, in response to the call of "Support the Construction of Three Lines", Qingdao Tools Factory moved to Quanlin from Qingdao, and established Shandong Tools Factory.
